One of the Kokiri, this girl shares her people's eternally-childish look. Her blonde hair is tied into twintails, and topped with a hairband ornamented with a blue flower, which shares its color with her eyes. She wears a green minidress and boots, and is equipped with a somewhat simplistic imitation of a swordsman's gear.

Once just another girl among the Kokiri, Refa's life changed forever when a mysterious swordsman dressed in Kokiri-like clothes saved the village from monsters and brought forth a new Great Deku Tree. Awed by the hero's exploits, Refa was determined to become the Kokiri's very own heroine herself. She crafted her own weapons and began training to protect Kokiri Forest from any further threats- though most of her battles are just pretend games. For all her bravado, she probably wouldn't stand up well against anything tougher than a Deku Scrub, at least not yet.
