The logs are listed chronologically, with the newest one at the bottom. Please check our characters page if you need more details about the characters involved in each scene.

• Hyrule Castle - The guards and Princess Zelda: An unexpected visitor appears in the Spirit Temple through a portal. Wounded, he is taken to the Gerudo Fortress, where Nabooru learns that he is a Terminian who risked his life to go to Hyrule and ask the Hero of Time for help, and a castle guard is sent immediately to inform Princess Zelda. This scene starts when the guard enters the Princess' chamber to inform her that Ganondorf has taken over Termina.

• Gerudo Fortress - News from Termina: After hearing about Ganondorf (see previous log), Princess Zelda arrives to the Gerudo Fortress with Link to talk to the Terminian visitor. The two decide to send a group lead by Link to investigate, but something happens as they are about to leave...
• Ikana Valley - Riju's pledge and the raise of the guardians: Riju, Gerudo matriarch, visits the King of Evil to pledge her tribe's loyalty. Edu also reports to Ganondorf about his progress in stopping Link and his group, and even though he wasn't as successful as he would have liked, he has an ace under his sleeve...

• Gerudo Territory - Einion's Bachelor Party: A last hurrah before wedding bells toll for Einion the blacksmith and Lady Xu. A tent on the Flying Carpet is prepared by the Pirate so no laws of either territory can be broken. What happens on a flying carpet over a giant pit of quicksand, stays on a flying carpet over a pit of quicksand.

• Hyrule Castle Town - The Advent of Malice: Ganondorf unleashes a new type of terror on Hyrule.

• Death Mountain - Rainbows in the Night: In the wake of the Malice being unleashed on Hyrule, a Kokiri boy goes on a quest to restore some hope.

• Shadow Temple - The Soul-Reaping Machine: A group of adventurers has gathered around John to help him recover Ruscov's soul from the powerful wizzrobe Dorjan. They venture into the Shadow Temple to discover what Dorjan's evil plot is.

• Hyrule Field (primarily) - Night Flight: Ganondorf arrives from Termina and casts Hyrule into permanent night, then proceeds to assault Hyrule Castle. The guards and other residents of Hyrule Castle Town who escape the carnage flee toward Kakariko Village, but danger lurks in the field along the way.

• Yiga Clan Hideout - Establishing the Yiga: The newly-formed Yiga clan gets settled into their hideout and learns a bit about how things are going to work around here.

• Lost Woods (primarily) - The Tome of Earth-Shaping: Daray leads a band of Yiga in search of an ancient artifact holding the power to reshape the land.

• Hyrule Field (primarily) - Kentas and John Ambushed In the Field: After hearing a commotion in Hyrule Field near Kakariko Village, Kentas and John head out to investigate and run into trouble.

• East of Ikana Valley - The Fate of Esava's Village: Having been freed of Ganondorf's curse through death and resurrection, Esava returns to his home village, with Tommy Twiggins tagging along. They find only heartbreak and danger there.

• Hyrule Castle - The Triforce of Courage: Ganondorf attempts to obtain the Triforce of Courage from Zelda.

• Ikana Castle - Esava and Tommy Storm the Portal: Esava hatches a bold plan to infiltrate Ganondorf's Termina stronghold and go through the portal into Hyrule.

• Gerudo Fortress - Cats Vs. Children's Fears: Concerned about specters generated by Ganondorf's magical Malice plague, Sheikah gathers some furry companions to protect the children at Gerudo Fortress.

• Hyrule Field - Ganondorf Attacks Esava and Tommy: Setting out to find those resisting Ganondorf, Esava and Tommy run straight into the big man himself.

• Gerudo Fortress - Tommy Reports Esava's Ambush: Tommy returns briefly to Gerudo Fortress to tell Nabooru about Ganondorf's attack on Esava.

• Kakariko Village - Tommy Visits Kakariko: Tommy stops in at Kakariko Village in his search for Esava.

• Gerudo Fortress - Fallon Vs. Naitena: Fallon squares off in a duel of honor, but it's interrupted by a literally earth-changing event.

• Hyrule Field - Esava and Tommy Rejoin Link's Group: The travelers from Termina finally catch up with the Hero of Time.

• Kakariko Village - Fire and Flood in Kakariko: Ganondorf calls down fiery destruction on Hyrule, but the Goddesses send water to thwart his designs.

• Death Mountain - Kakariko Flood Aftermath: The residents of Kakariko Village face the reality of their village now being beneath the waves.

• Gerudo Valley - Investigating the Nightmare: The cats delve into the dream world to learn why the Fear they encountered before is so powerful.

• Lon-Lon Ranch - Yiga At Lon-Lon Ranch: After surviving the flood of Hyrule, Daray and his Yiga trainees terrorize Lon-Lon Ranch.

• Gerudo Fortress - The Birds of the Goddesses' Providence: Just when despair seems greatest, a boon from the Three arrives in Hyrule.

• The Crimson Wolfos - Hyrule Seagoers: Even the flooding of Hyrule doesn't seem to change the fact that the Crimson Wolfos Inn is Hyrule's central meeting spot for adventurers.

• Lake Hylia - Eye of the Storm: Daray and Artifa go diving for materials to free their dark master.

• Hyrule Castle - Daray and Artifa Free Ganondorf: Ganondorf's Sheikah agents brave the sunken castle to release him from his dimensional prison.

• Gerudo Fortress - Esava and Tommy Back At Gerudo Fortress: Esava and Tommy return to Gerudo Fortress and meet some new friends.

• Zora's Domain - Godzillalfos: Lizalfos assault Zora's Domain, bolstered by the king of lizard monsters.

• Death Mountain - Leadership Summit: Ganondorf calls the Triforce bearers together to...cooperate? :O

• Death Mountain - Dorjan Wants His Souls: Dorjan the wizzrobe goes to hunt down the souls he's missing and roast whoever's keeping them from him.

• Gerudo Fortress - Nanette's Arrival: A refugee on a sinking boat reaches Gerudo Fortress just in time.

• Death Mountain - Dorjan's Assault: Dorjan brings his most formidable undead army to bear against the refugees on Death Mountain.

• Gerudo Fortress - Tommy and Lexa's First Heist: The unlikely pair of deku scrub and fairy decide to practice their thieving teamwork, with unexpected consequences.
